Official Cert Guide
The Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice (CCNA® Voice) certification is an "associate" level certification in Cisco's certification pyramid.  It confirms the abilities required to perform such jobs as voice network administrator, voice engineer or voice manager.

The Cisco CCNA certification must first be obtained before the CCNA Voice can be achieved (unless you already possess a CCIE certification).
